Baseline Established
The observatory formally begins active monitoring with the 4 August 2026 audit snapshot as its reference document. That snapshot surveyed publicly available online content for evidence of prompt, method-hint, candidate-answer, and solution-level exposure across all 36 Hoeflin Power Test items.
**Baseline classification (4 August 2026):**
- High exposure: P1, P2, P4, P7, P8, P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P15, P18, P19, P20, P21, P22, P23, P24, P25, P26, P29, P30, P31, P32, P36 (25 items)
- Medium exposure: P3, P5, P6, P9, P17, P28 (6 items)
- Low exposure: P16, P27, P33, P34, P35 (5 items)
