About the audit
The audit reviews publicly available material associated with the Hoeflin Power Test and predecessor Mega, Titan, and Ultra items. Its purpose is to document possible prior exposure, not to allege that any particular test-taker used outside assistance.
Numerical answer values and full visual solutions are intentionally not reproduced here. The archive focuses on the existence, date, type, and strength of public exposure.

Initial daily watch baseline
The daily watch was initialized with previously found URLs treated as already known. Future runs report only genuinely new URLs or known URLs that acquire new substantive content.

Search policy
Daily searches cover exact test names, distinctive item phrases, major puzzle and mathematics forums, Reddit, Stack Exchange, Google Groups/Usenet, YouTube, Scribd/document hosts, books, papers, OEIS, archives, and relevant non-English sources.
Each new finding is classified by Power item number, source/platform, publication or update date, material type, match strength, and exposure confidence. Proposed, disputed, satirical, or apparently wrong answers are labeled accordingly.
